"Mit dem Essen spielt man nicht" was the first interactive food experience project - gifted to my mother. The concept asks the questions, why do we play in certain contexts? Why are cultural and societal norms inhibiting us from playing allday, everyday?
1st course: Mikado - Crissini, Olives and Culatello ham with roasted pines and Rosemary
2nd course: Irrsinn - Wirrsinn - Wirsing - savoy cabbage stuffed with peccorino cream, Japanese enoki mushrooms and chicken hearts in terryaki sauce
3rd course: Brieflos - spinach ravioli with riccotta filling (in one case with Culatello ham for the lucky guest) on sage leaves with chili pesto and chili threads
4th course: Snake - sepia spaghetti with clams and trout caviar on a banana leaf
5th course: Blinzelmörder - mussels in a celery and tomato sauce with coriander and rosemary lashes
6th course: Mensch ärgere dich nicht - Burger deconstructed. Fill your burger with the ingredients of the color you land on after rolling the dices.
7th course: Knödel-Kegeln (bowling with dumplings) - kick the beetroot and parmesan dumpling and enjoy the bowling experience. Only eat with the sauce your bowling dumpling lands in.
8th course: Cheeky Jugler - Chocolate cream with wild berries and brittle
9th course: Cheese bingo
10th course: Scrabble - put a word of your choice/give your feedback with nougat-marzipan chocolates
