V.S. Birthday Experience

Valerio turned 29 and trusted me with his personalized private dining experience.

After interviewing him and learning more about his favorite regional cuisine (Italian and Austrian) favorite square in Vienna (Franziskanerplatz), his passion for sports, especially competitive sports like tennis, but also art, especially Joseph Beuys and fashion photography and about a new real-estate acquisition he's planning to turn into a home for friends and family, I designed his very personal culinary experience in 5 acts/5 courses. I collaborated with a Chef, a catering business and two models to make his personal dining experience come to life and give his way of living life to the fullest a stage for him and his guests to experience.

1st course: Aperitivo at Franziskanerplatz - with Joseph Beuys inspired toilet paper roll napkins

2nd course: Fitness Meal - Topinampur cream soup in fitness shakers, hourly egg, green fitness shot, raw beef steak - with b/w fitness hero photography visual projections

3rd course: The perfect match - two teams competing for Arancini served on tennis racket by answering questions about Valerio

4th course: Living the luxurious life - god inspired truffle pasta with gold flakes served by Ibiza models and projections from his favorite club in Ibiza

5th course: Turning a house into a home - different tapas for his friends and family to share including his favorite dishes Viennes Schnitzl, steak tartare and Italian potatoes and vegetables.

6th course: A look into the future - cheese board on a midnight blue sky, letting the guests connect the cheese stars with fig mustard into his star sign Taurus.
